Sec. 245. "River" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-26-3 , the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-3-2 . (2) For purposes of IC 14-29-6 , the meaning set forth in IC 14-29-6-3 . (3) For purposes of IC 14-29-7 , the meaning set forth in IC 14-29-7-2 . (4) For purposes of IC 14-32-7-12 , the meaning set forth in IC 14-32-7-12 .
