Sec. 24. "Board" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-27-6 , the meaning set forth in IC 14-27-6-2 . (2) For purposes of IC 14-32 , the soil conservation board established by IC 14-32-2-1 . (3) For purposes of IC 14-33 , the board of directors of a conservancy district.
