Sec. 208. "Political subdivision" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-12-1 , the meaning set forth in IC 14-12-1-2 . (2) For purposes of IC 14-13-2 and IC 14-30-3 , the meaning set forth in IC 36-1-2-13 . (3) For purposes of IC 14-32-8 , the meaning set forth in IC 14-32-8-2 .
