Sec. 199. (a) "Permit", for purposes of IC 14-28-1-38 , has the meaning set forth in IC 14-28-1-38 (a). (b) "Permit", for purposes of IC 14-34 , means a permit issued under IC 14-34 to conduct a surface coal mining and reclamation operation. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4.1-1-3(6).]
