Sec. 171. "Mussel", for purposes of IC 14-22 , means a mollusk possessing a hard, pearly, hinged shell that: (1) is capable of closing and opening; and (2) completely encases and protects the living organism. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-2-1 part.]
