Indiana Code § 14-8-2-104

"Freeholder"

Sec. 104. "Freeholder", for purposes of IC 14-33 , means a person who holds land: (1) in fee; (2) for life; or (3) for some indeterminate period of time; whether or not in joint title with at least one (1) other person.
