Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "person" means the following: (1) A citizen of the United States. (2) An individual who has, in good faith, declared the intention of becoming a citizen of the United States. (3) An association of individuals described in subdivision (1) or (2). (4) A corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of any state or territory of the United States and authorized to do business in Indiana.
