Sec. 2. A person who was issued a federal permit for a Class II well may continue to operate the Class II well after June 30, 1988. Continued operation of a Class II well after June 30, 1988, subjects the person to: (1) this article; and (2) rules adopted under this article. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-8-1-3.]
