Sec. 10. A permittee must submit to the department an annual report that reflects the status of the permittee's mining and reclamation activities for each permit. The form, content, and date of filing of the report required by this section shall be prescribed by rule adopted under IC 4-22-2 . [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4.1-5-7.]
