Notification of permit issuance

Sec. 16. (a) Within ten (10) days after a permit is issued, the director shall notify the following persons that a permit has been issued: (1) The local government officials in the county in which the area of land to be affected is located. (2) Each person identified in the permit application under IC 14-34-3-3 (2). (3) Each person who has requested a hearing under section 6 of this chapter. (4) Each person who has requested such notice.       (b) The notification must include a description of the land's location. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4.1-4-5.3.]
