Interference with director in performance of director's duties

Sec. 7. A person who willfully resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes, except as otherwise provided by law, with the director or the director's representative in the performance of duties under this article commits a Class A misdemeanor. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4.1-12-3.]
