Court supervision of receiver

Sec. 35. (a) A receiver appointed under this chapter: (1) shall, in the performance of the powers conferred upon the receiver, act under the supervision of the court making the appointment; (2) is at all times subject to the orders of the court; and (3) may be removed by the court.       (b) The court may enter other orders that the court considers appropriate for the exercise by the receiver of functions specifically set forth in this chapter.
