Sec. 13. A freeholder of the district may vote an absentee ballot. An absentee ballot: (1) must be signed; (2) must be mailed or delivered to the court; and (3) is valid if delivered or received before the scheduled date of the election. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-96.5(f) part.]
