"Articles of dedication" defined

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "articles of dedication" means the writing by which an estate, an interest, or a right in an area is formally dedicated as permitted by section 14 of this chapter. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-4-5-2(d).]
