Meetings of the board of a watershed development commission

Sec. 3. (a) The board of a watershed development commission shall meet: (1) at least four (4) times per calendar year; and (2) on the call of either of the following: (A) The chair. (B) A quorum of the members of the board.       (b) A majority of the voting members of a board constitutes a quorum.       (c) The affirmative votes of a majority of the voting members of a board are required for the board to take action.       (d) A board may adopt rules for the transaction of business.       (e) A board shall keep a record of its findings, resolutions, and transactions. The record kept under this subsection is a public record open to inspection and copying under IC 5-14-3 .
