Indiana Code § 14-30.5-2-3

Watershed development commission established; member county entitled to representation on board; named after surface water outlet

Sec. 3. (a) Upon the natural resources commission's issuance of an order recognizing a proposed watershed development commission under section 2 of this chapter: (1) the commission is established as a public body corporate and politic; and (2) each county recognized as a member of the commission under section 2(f) or 2(g) of this chapter becomes a member of the commission.       (b) A county recognized as a member of a commission under section 2(f) or 2(g) of this chapter is entitled to representation on the board of the commission under IC 14-30.5-4-1 .       (c) A watershed development commission established under this chapter shall be named after the surface water outlet of the commission's designated watershed, in the following style: "(Name of Surface Water Outlet) Watershed Development Commission".
