"Water infrastructure" excludes drinking water project

Sec. 11. A reference in this article to "water infrastructure" or "water infrastructure purposes" excludes any drinking water project in a county, city, or town that is located inside or outside of a commission's designated watershed, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.   IC 14-30.5-2 Chapter 2.
