Sec. 21. The commission shall do the following: (1) Explore the desirability of entering into an interstate compact with Michigan to improve water quality in the basin. (2) Make recommendations on the content of a compact. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 36-7-6.2-1(d).]
