Participating county; designation

Sec. 7. The executive of a county that includes territory in the Maumee River basin may do the following: (1) Elect to participate in the commission by designating the county as a participating county. (2) Revoke the designation. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 36-7-6.1-6.]
