Sec. 20. The commission may adopt rules to do the following: (1) Require that increased water runoff resulting from new construction be impounded on the construction site. (2) Permit the waiver of requirements of onsite water impoundment on payment of a reasonable fee by the developer of the new construction. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 36-7-6.1-19.]
