Sec. 18. A political subdivision in a participating county may appropriate money to the commission to carry out any of the commission's responsibilities under a cooperative agreement described in section 14 of this chapter. Money appropriated to the commission that remains at the end of a year does not revert to the political subdivision appropriating the money. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 36-7-6.1-17.]
