Sec. 11. (a) At the first meeting of a river commission, the river commission shall select the following: (1) A chairman from the membership. (2) Other officers that the river commission determines. (b) The officers serve for terms of one (1) year. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-27-9.]
