Title to property

Sec. 10. The title to all land, easements, flood easements, or other interest in land or other property or rights acquired by the commission must be: (1) approved by the attorney general; and (2) taken in the name of the state of Indiana. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22-9.]
