Sec. 9. To be eligible to be appointed as a member of the board, an individual must meet the following conditions: (1) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age. (2) Be a resident householder of the city if appointed by the city executive. (3) Be a resident of the county. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-31-5.]
