Sec. 47. The county treasurer shall assess and collect the tax levy as finally approved by the department of local government finance as other taxes are levied and collected. The county treasurer shall remit all taxes so collected to the treasurer of the authority. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-31-25.]
