Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the following: (1) A city having a population of more than one hundred ten thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000). (2) The county in which a city described in subdivision (1) exists. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-31-2 part.]
