Viewers' findings; referral to county surveyor

Sec. 20. If the viewers find that the proposed work is practicable and of public need: (1) the viewers shall make a written report of the finding to the court; and (2) the court shall do the following: (A) Direct the surveyor of the county in which the greatest area of the lake lies to prepare plans and specifications for the proposed project. (B) Set a date for the surveyor to file the surveyor's preliminary report with the court. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-18-7 part.]
