Findings; judgments

Sec. 8. (a) After the hearing, the court shall do the following: (1) Make findings of fact. (2) Give an appropriate judgment establishing the level and area of the lake.       (b) If the judgment is favorable to the moving party, a description of: (1) a monument; (2) the location of the monument; and (3) all data furnished by the report; shall be made a part of the court's findings and judgment by reference.
