Indiana Code § 14-26-2-17

Expiration of permit

Sec. 17. (a) Subject to subsection (b), a permit issued under this chapter expires two (2) years after the permit is issued.       (b) The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 providing that a type of permit specified in the rules expires more than two (2) years after it is issued.
