Sec. 3. A notice of violation issued under this chapter must include the following: (1) The nature of the violation. (2) The action that is appropriate to mitigate the violation. (3) The date by which the violation must be mitigated. (4) The procedure to obtain an administrative adjudication under IC 4-21.5 if a person is aggrieved by the issuance of the notice of violation.
