Indiana Code § 14-25-4-2

"Dewatering well"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "dewatering well" means a temporary water well that: (1) is used as part of a construction project to remove water from a surface or subsurface area; and (2) ceases to be used upon completion of the construction project or shortly after completion of the project.
