Sec. 16. (a) A person who violates a rule or order adopted under this chapter concerning a ground water emergency commits a Class A infraction. (b) The commission may, without proof of irreparable injury, maintain an action to enjoin a violation of this chapter. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-2.5-9.]
