Right of entry upon premises

Sec. 6. The division may enter upon any premises in Indiana and examine the trees, plants, shrubs, vines, fruit, and propagated material on the premises in the discharge of the division's duties under this chapter. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-7-6-5.]
