Sec. 3. (a) The entomology and plant pathology fund is established for the purpose of assisting the division in carrying out the division's objectives. The department shall administer the fund. (b) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-7-10-4.]
