Indiana Code § 14-24-10-1

Fees deposited in entomology and plant pathology fund

Sec. 1. (a) The department shall collect the following minimum fees: (1) For each license issued to a dealer, fifty dollars ($50). However, a certified nurseryman who has paid an inspection fee may obtain a dealer's license for twenty dollars ($20). (2) For the inspection of a nursery, fifty dollars ($50) plus an additional fee of three dollars ($3) for each acre of land containing nursery stock.       (b) Subject to IC 14-10-2-1 , the commission may set the license and inspection fees above the minimum fees established in subsection (a).       (c) The fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the entomology and plant pathology fund established by section 3 of this chapter.
