Sec. 5. (a) The corps consists of persons who are: (1) employed by: (A) the department; or (B) an agency designated by the department; and (2) at least fifteen (15) years of age but less than nineteen (19) years of age.       (b) A person may not be employed as a member of the corps more than one hundred twenty (120) days during a calendar year.       (c) The department shall establish recruitment guidelines for accepting applications to the corps.
