Sec. 17. (a) A person shall obtain a license to take a bobcat under IC 14-22-12-1 to participate in the season to take a bobcat under subsection (b). (b) The director shall, not later than July 1, 2025, adopt rules to establish a season to take a bobcat. IC 14-22-7 Chapter 7.
