Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "nongame species" means any wild mammal, bird, amphibian, reptile, fish, mollusk, crustacean, or other wild animal not otherwise legally classified by Indiana statute or rule. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-8.5-1(e).]
