Assent to federal aid for wildlife restoration projects

Sec. 4. (a) Indiana hereby assents to 16 U.S.C. 669 et seq.       (b) The director shall perform the acts that are necessary to the conduct and establishment of cooperative wildlife-restoration projects in compliance with 16 U.S.C. 669 et seq. and regulations promulgated by the United States Secretary of the Interior under 16 U.S.C. 669 et seq.       (c) Money accruing to the state from license fees paid by hunters may not be diverted for a purpose other than: (1) the administration of the division of fish and wildlife; and (2) the enforcement of laws concerning the taking, chasing, selling, and possession of animals.
