Sec. 3. An application for a permit must be filed with the director not less than ten (10) days before the proposed date of importation. Subject to IC 14-22-2-10 , a minimum fee of five dollars ($5) must accompany the application. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-20(1) part.]
