Sec. 2. (a) The department may, under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2 , issue to a person, upon payment of a minimum fee of fifteen dollars ($15), a license to possess for taxidermy purposes a wild animal or the hide or skin of a wild animal: (1) protected by Indiana law; and (2) during the closed season for the animal.
