Sec. 1. (a) A person engaging in or continuing to engage in the business of selling or bartering live minnows or crayfish for bait shall file an application with the division for a bait dealer's license. The application and the license must be on forms prescribed by the director.       (b) Subject to IC 14-22-2-10 , the minimum fee for a license is as follows: (1) Ten dollars ($10) for residents. (2) Fifty dollars ($50) for nonresidents. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-16(1) part.]
