Sec. 2. (a) An individual may not provide hunting guide services without a hunting guide license issued under this chapter. (b) The director shall issue a hunting guide license to an applicant upon the applicant's submission of an application that includes all information required by the director and payment of the fee described in section 3 of this chapter.
