Sec. 1. An individual may not take another individual sport fishing for hire on: (1) Indiana waters; (2) waters containing state owned fish; or (3) boundary waters of Indiana; without a fishing guide's license issued by the director. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-31(a).]
