Sec. 5. (a) The governor or the governor's designee shall act as the chair of the commission. (b) The chair shall give notice of the date, time, and place of a meeting of the commission to the members of the commission at least ten (10) days before the meeting date by any of the following methods: (1) Mail. (2) Fax. (3) Telephone. (4) Electronic mail.
