Commission is successor to Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Commission; service of members

Sec. 3.3. (a) The commission is the successor in interest to all property, rights, contracts, liabilities, obligations, and duties of the Lewis and Clark bicentennial commission established by P.L.7-2001.       (b) A member of the Lewis and Clark bicentennial commission established by P.L.7-2001 becomes a member of the commission without reappointment by the appointing authority. However, the member continues to serve on the commission at the pleasure of the appointing authority.
