Powers and duties of nonprofit corporation

Sec. 2. The corporation: (1) shall repair and maintain the building and grounds; (2) shall supply reasonable space in the building for a county historical museum; and (3) may lease other space in the building to commercial enterprises that is necessary for the purpose of financing the repair and maintenance of the building and grounds.
