Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this chapter: (1) "Fund" refers to the recreational trail maintenance fund established by section 2 of this chapter. (2) "Recreational trail" has the meaning set forth in IC 8-4.5-1-16 . (3) "Responsible party" has the meaning set forth in IC 8-4.5-1-17 .
