Approval of terms and conditions of rights-of-way

Sec. 2. The terms and conditions upon which the rights-of-way are granted and conveyed by deed under this chapter must be submitted to and approved by: (1) the governor; (2) the attorney general; and (3) the Indiana department of administration; before the deed becomes operative or possession is taken under a deed.
