Sec. 5. (a) Subject to IC 5-14-3 , the state land office shall provide copies of records maintained by the state land office. (b) The director shall establish a reasonable copying charge for copies of records that are not standard-sized documents (as defined by IC 5-14-3-2 ) provided by the state land office.
